Nicholas Corfe, MD of Go Brazil Wines, brought tales from a recent Brazilian trip and a range that challenged expectations. A blanc de blanc versus blanc de noirs sparkling split the room cleanly down the middle, two whites earned praise for elegance, and four robust reds closed out a tasting accompanied by a finger buffet.
