The last tasting of the IBM Wine Appreciation Society doubled as the launch of a new joint identity: the North Hants Wine Society. Four courses of food from the in-house catering team were matched to wines drawn from the Wine Society's Exhibition range, rounding off with a sweet Moscatel and an LBV Port.
