Preet Sahota from Edgmond Wines made an impressive debut with the Society, pouring nine wines from two Western Cape producers — Villa Eposto and Blake Family Wines — in the club's first three-bottle tasting for some time. With 43 members in attendance, the evening ranged from a Sancerre-like Sauvignon Blanc to a decadent Muscat d'Alexandria, and Preet departed with a handsome order book.
