Philip Young stepped in at short notice when the scheduled presenter fell ill, offering a personal tour of his favourite wines sourced almost exclusively from Tanners of Shrewsbury. The evening ranged from an Alto Adige Müller-Thurgau and a Central Otago Riesling to a Hawke's Bay Cabernet blend, with a Crémant de Loire providing the welcome pour.
